  • What sets Neighborhood Grills Catering apart from the competition?

    We are locally owned and in business in Seattle for over 20 years. We source fresh and natural ingredients. We offer corporate event catering in Seattle, WA, and are able to facilitate groups of up to 3,000 people.


    According to IBIS World, the U.S. catering industry employs 261,189 people. We're proud to provide such an important service to our clients.

  • What services does Neighborhood Grills Catering offer?

    We offer drop-off or full-service catering, bartenders, happy hours, small and large parties, corporate events, private events, or weddings. We also have a private event space at our local restaurant Lake Forest Bar & Grill that seats 30-40 people. 

  • Are you able to accomodate dietary restrictions?

    Yes, we offer vegan, gluten-free, and vegetarian menu items upon request. We can also modify most items to accommodate most dietary restrictions. If you don't see something on our menu, our chefs can work to make modifications available. 

  • What should I do to prepare for my service?

    Our team will arrive 30-60 minutes early to ensure your buffet is set up prior to your event. Please be available to answer any calls from our delivery team to ensure a smooth arrival as far as parking and entering the building. Please have a table space empty and ready to go. Most buffets will take one to two 6 foot tables. Thank you!

  • What is included in Drop-off Catering Service?

    Drop off Catering is a quick and easy service that is included with any catering food purchase. Our drivers will deliver food to you and set up everything your party needs. We provide all compostable or recycleable plates, napkins, cutlery, chafing dishes and heat elements. You can expect our drivers to come 30-45 minutes early for set up and we will have your buffet ready exactly on time!

  • What is included in Full-Service Catering?

    Full-Service Catering means we will send staff to deliver, set up, rotate food and clean buffet lines, and clean up after dinner is over. Full-Service Catering is recommended for larger events and weddings. 


    Full- Service Catering includes high quality chafing dishes, serving utensils, and table clothes for the buffet line. For an added fee, we can arrange rentals for dinner service including glassware, plates, silverware, and linens. Our catering staff will set up tables with linens and help your event come to life. 


    We will work with you to build a timeline for your event to make sure it is a success! We have worked with many different people to throw unique and fun events for all occasions.


  • What is included in Bar Service?

    If you’d like to serve alcohol at your event we offer a range of bar packages to fit your needs. Bar service includes a licensed bartender (at our hourly staffing rate), tables and linens for a dedicated bar area, plastic or compostable glassware for drinks, and all beverages included in the bar package you decide on. 


    We are fully licensed and can provide beer, wine, and liquor options for any event. 


    Already have a bartender provided by your venue? We can deliver drinks based on your needs! 


  • What areas do you cater to?

    Neighborhood Grills Catering caters to the greater Seattle area. We deliver up to an hour and a half away from our home base at an additional delivery cost that ranges from $100-$300 depending on your location. 

  • How early do I need to book?

    For larger events of 50+ people, we do require two weeks notice as our calendar does fill up quickly. For smaller events, we require at least 48 hours notice. We can sometimes accommodate last minute requests so reach out to our team and we will get back to you as soon as we can! 


    During wedding season and the holidays, June-December our calendar does fill up quickly. We would reccommend booking wedding or large event catering 3-6 months in advance. 

  • How do I reserve my event?

    In order to ensure your event is confirmed, we require a 25% deposit is paid. The final 75% owed will need to be paid the week of your event. If you choose to pay by credit card through our online portal, our accounting team can automatically charge your card on the day of the event. 


    Once the deposit is paid, you will have up to 2 weeks prior to your event to make any changes to your menu or headcount.
